I've only read one chapter so far due to cake baking dog walking playing football rugby and sticky policeman lol (3 kids you learn to tandem play) but it didn't suck but I'll be reading more tonight

Wow! Busy day! I spent most of the day at the bookstore buying more than I should have, I had to reshuffle my bookcase and have started stacking books to make space

You can use it for C and I feel your pain before I resorted to only ebooks my bookcase was constantly being reshuffled lol and my partner was always moaning now I have only ebooks he moans I read too much but that's it

So far Stella I have to tell you significance is definitely worth a read, it's a book that just draws you in and makes you feel like your a character in it, I'm finding it hard to put down but had to give it a rest tonight as I feel a migraine creeping in :)

Haha, I try to only read ebooks when I have to, I definitely prefer the physical book. Wow, ok I might try significance then :) Aghh hope you feel better, migraines are the worst!
And I'm reading The Clouded Sky right now, could you please put it in the chart on the first page? :)

I used to be the same Stella until I really looked at ebooks and saw there are actually more options and the arcs drew me in too now I have my favourite books in physical books and only keep those lol.

I'm starting to realise that, I also seem to read faster with an ebook. So for challenges and months were I have set a goal then having ebooks helps.

That's what I worked out but only because good reads pops and reminds me what I'm reading lol physical books I devour in one sitting otherwise I forget I'm reading them lol.

What you got planned for the day?

I think I can get my significance book finished and a fair bit of my loved book (although that one is real slow going not even sure I want to read the series anymore) amongst re-dyeing my blue/pink/purple hair back to a conventional blonde for 2 days ;) lol

Sounds awesome, your hair is so cool, I'd dye mine but our school has a thing against it so we can't :( Well it's night time where I am and I spent most of the day studying for various subjects and baking cookies and such.

Up until a few years ago I would always finish a book no matter how much I hated it. But then I decided that if I truly disliked it then there was no point me wasting my time. How often do you decide to just leave a book when it gets two boring or you don't really want to read it? I always used to feel guilty...

I still feel guilty but if I really don't like it then I usually try 7-10 chapters if I still hate it then I give it up although like you feel guilty for doing it it's better than going through the whole book and wasting that time and hate on something and I can never review them fairly if I really force myself to read them lol.

Yeah my school was the same so since I left school I've been every colour under the rainbow lol just got an interview tomorrow and conventional works for them thinking I give a damn lol so what with my amount of piercings too thought I'd at least attempt to seem normalish lol

That sounds so cool, I don't know how well my hair would dye, it's super dark. My school is really strict about that sort of stuff, its a private girls school and there all perfectionists. No second piercings, no dye, no hair lackeys on wrists, no rings or other jewelry, proper earnings. I'm looking forward to leaving. Good luck with your interview :)

Lol my school was the same but it wasn't a girls school it's probably why I have 11 piercings now and pink/blue purple hair lol. A lot of people assume I'm scary or punk/goth but truth be told I'm just happy being different I'm hardly carrying an Excalibur on my back lol I have 3 kids who all look conventionally normal and it surprises old ladies when they talk to me that I don't eat them alive but I'm fine with that lol.

Oh I hate degrading books, it frustrates and angers me so I usually don't bother trying to read them lol.

Did you expect it to be an easy read or something?

No I just thought it would be one of those really typical books where it's all dark and mysterious and forbidden love and all that. But what I got was a book which presented heaps of serious issues it was quite a full on read.

Yeah it was, a bit of a change and unexpected but I still enjoyed it.

That's still good sounds like you've found a good few books this month, I'm almost almost finished on significance I love it! I definitely recommend you give it a read, it's an easy read with cute love and romance and ok a little chemistry but not totally about the sex which is a nice change... Although significance has been bad for me because my hair is still not dyed because I've been reading instead lol

Yeah its been a pretty good month, I've definetly been slacking off in the reading the department and it was nice to get back on top of things. OOh I might try and fit Significance in otherwise I'll read it next month.
Oh dear, books are so distracting, I have to mentally put a time limit on how long I am going to read otherwise I would get nothing done!

A little but tbh not much, I wanted to like them and normally I love paranormal but these just fell flat of being paranormal or even romantic it was all hate really wasn't much romance or even action I think 2 action scenes in the whole book

No idea yet hoping to get "until Friday night by Abbi Glines" because hers are good quick light easy reads but don't disappoint if that makes sense

Yeah, sometimes it's to have a bit of a breather with a book like that. I was hoping to get that with Dark touch, but we know how that went. Hopefully I'll be able to find a nice one on my kindle after I read Significance.
