I think the moderators made a great change by adding "medium" team. instead of only Fun and serious teams. I'm not sure what to think about the scoring based on the members who only posted reviews.

I will say I'm glad I'm not a moderator they have a massive job with this group and what they have done is amazing. They seem to be taking the discussion really well and I'm sure will take all the suggestions into consideration.

I agree with you. It takes a lot of time and effort to manage all the things here. Especially on the challenges. (which I'm really enjoying to participate.)
