I also think Jon (as Ghost) is talking to Bran (in some form). I'm not sure if it would be Bran from the future though. Maybe, since Bran hasn't accepted his third eye yet. Hmm...
"Dead men walk and the trees have eyes again. Why should we balk at wargs and giants?" ← I get the reference to dead men walk, but what trees have eyes again?
