Not Sure What I Did Wrong!

I just added my upcoming novel, "My Epic Life" to Goodreads...it's the latest in a series (#3). I followed the prompt to include (Alexander Adventure #3) to the book title, but the system didn't recognize the series indication, or add it to the book series listi. I'd like to make the listing consistent with the previous books (for example, My Life at the Bottom of the Food Chain https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... ),

Nothing you did wrong.
It is a separated step to add a book to a series and can only be done by a librarian, not by an author.

I added the book to the series.
