Well I LOVED this series! I have read all of the book and enjoyed each and everyone of them! :)
Love this series so much! I still have the final book to read though :) My only complaint is I think Jace is quite overrated...
I need to read the prequels and the Bane Chronicles
read the first book. wasn't a big fan of it (especially the ending). BUT I'm thinking about rereading it again and continuing on with the series.
I found it a lot better my second (or third?) re read, it took me a while to get into it. So definitely try again!
I also had my difficulties with the first book, for me it only was a synthesis of many other fantasy or vampire/werewolf books... Maybe I already have read too many of them? I'll give the second and the third book a try, since they are waiting to be read for such a long time already :D But to be honest, that one will never be one of my favourite series...
It definitely does improve, but don't put yourself through it if you don't start enjoying it soon!
