I listened to this one recently and thought it was a good mystery: Down Among the Dead Men by Peter Lovesey Book 15 of the Peter Diamond series. I read it out of sequence and it didn't matter.
How about
by Cath Ferla. The book is due out tomorrow. I saw her at Sisters In Crime on Friday, and the book sounds dark and interesting for a debut Aussie author.
