Just finished Crow by Barbara Wright. It will probably be my last book, unless I can't sleep tonight. (And I also have a strong need to read some purely escapist crap.)
Well, I couldn't sleep, so I finished Becoming Nicole: The Transformation of an American Family by Amy Ellis Nutt about 1 am.
I finished All the Bright Places! Again, I'll do the homework later today and report back. Bella - What did you think of Becoming Nicole? I have that on my TBR. I thought about reading it this week, but didn't get to it.
I liked it, Kristie. A lot of times, people will write their own memoirs and I find them clunky- they lived an interesting life, but they aren't writers. Or maybe they lack enough emotional distance at the time. It was a really touching book. I'm glad I read it. Although, at times, I did want to slap the father.

Finished Black Man in a White Coat: A Doctor's Reflections on Race and Medicine by Damon Tweedy- and I'm positive that's my last book for the Toppler.
