I can't remember the title of a book, please help?

Hi guys I need some help l, because this has been driving me crazy. I read this book awhile back and I can't remember anything but this one scene where the hero took the heroine to France I think where his company was sponcering this annual fun run where the participants are doused in all this colored powder as they run down the street and in the middle of the run the H/h venture of course and go and have lunch in the back alley of a Very fancy resturant where the H knows the head chef and they set up a table for them out side and they have a really nice meal. This is all I can remember if anyone knows the title and author of this book please let me know.

Thank You Barbi because it was killing me not knowing the name of the book and I went and looked it up and it is the exact book I was looking for I just bought on Amazon for .99. I'll be reading it again real soon.

What we can remember: one of the main characters is a runaway and was caught sleeping behind a building by the doctor ( want to say it's a dentists office), the doctor tells the runaway he's welcome to stay inside the office at night and then the doctors son shows up one night and accuses the runaway of breaking in,

They son and the runaway end up together.
