Thanks for the suggestion. Admittedly, I'm not much for YA or even love triangles, but this seems quite intriguing.

It is an Adult (could be NA) contemporary romance, I believe set in England. It is a love triangle between the h and two brothers. She crushes on the first one in the beginning (they date for a while, I believe) and ends up with the other one. Some details I remember:
1. She was conceived during her mother's rape. She is never really accepted by her family, especially her parents. The truth of her parenthood comes to light during a family dinner.
2. She has issues with her body (being too tall, i think). There's a scene with the first(?) brother when he asks her to sit in his lap (they are on a bus - 90% sure) and she refuses because she thinks she is too heavy
3. The first brother doesn't treat her very well. He take his ex's side over her all the time. There's one scene when the h and the ex get stuck in the rain in the middle of nowhere. The h carries the ex piggyback back to the hotel and everyone there is more concerned with ex, and the first brother even scolds the h. She goes up to her room and is really sick but the second brother takes care of her.
4. In the end both the brothers visit her and the first brother asks her to choose between them. The second brother walks out not wanting to put her through it. Then the first brother realizes that she actually loves his brother and not him. the h and second brother reconcile.
5. There is second book with the first brother. That one is set in a remote place I believe. He is on holiday trying to run away from his brother and his wife's HEA
P.S. - I might have gotten some details wrong. So if you think of a book that has a similar plot line please let me know. And thank you for the help
