I mean if I need the letter T but only my edition has it and in English it starts with a different letter, am I allowed to used it?

I do audiobooks all the time. They definitely count! :)

That one is fine because it uses english letters, so you'd be able to write that title on a scrabble board.

This one you wouldn't be able to use because of the non-english letters. you wouldn't be able to write it on a scrabble board using english letters so we wouldn't be able to count it.
