a new queen- victoria III, has just ascended to the throne of the allied nations, during a precarious time- on the brink of war.

trouble runs silently afoot in her own homeland though, when a treasured time-piece that can predict the occurrence of events goes missing, straight into the hands of a mad-man.

the queen's head spy and his associate have been given the task to locate it, although it's been difficult with back stabbers in the palace, and mad men on the streets.

a of rebels want the watch destroyed, saying that the watch is too powerful. the rebels will stop at nothing, and want the queen off the throne as well.

with pirates and money hungry citizens, no one is safe.
