It is still organized by your Shelfari name. If you have a different Goodreads name, I've denoted that next to your Shelfari one.
I feel like I have not linked some of the Shelfari and GR names. If you see you have two lines in the spreadsheet - - one for Shelfari and one for GR, please alert me!

Seems like a good change. I am the same Kristel both places. Same picture too. Checked out my participation points and looks like I better start voting.

I was Becky C on Shelfari, and I see a Becky on the spreadsheet, but I'm not sure if that's me or not. I have the same avatar as on Shelfari, as well. Just a heads up! ;)
Like the 50% change. I went from annapi to annapi23 only because I thought someone else had the name already, but I just now discovered that I can change my ID name, so I'm back to just plain annapi here on GR also!

Anita, yes that was probably me. I was a little confused about how GR doesn't post the IDs, only the first name, so now what I have done is just put annapi as my first name and not filled in the middle or last name in my profile. If anyone can tell me how to fill those in but have my name show up as "annapi" in posts, please let me know!

I think you already know this Anita, but just in case, I used to be spirolim on Shelfari, but now it's just Lisa Spiro.
Sounds good! Thank you so much to all of you that work so hard to keep this group going. I've been a member for a year now and I honestly would not have made the move over to Goodreads if it weren't for this group.

I think this is a great idea. I hope to be a better participant in the future. I was really active in 2009 before participation points were a thing and then kind of dropped off. But, I'm excited to get back into it again and earn me some points.

Participation points will now be tallied at the end of the month. Because of the new structure here at Goodreads, it will be difficult to tally mid-month right before the vote. This change shouldn't cause a big impact. I'm going to do January's shortly, and then February's will be tallied at month end. Going forward, points will be tallied at month end.
We also wanted to announce a small change to the voting. Right now, we offer three tag choices for which you may vote. Whichever one had the most votes has been announced as the winner. Going forward, we want to require that the tag choice receive 50% or more of the votes cast. If a tag does not receive that, the voters who selected the third place tag will be asked to recast their votes for one of the top two. I think this will better represent the overall wishes of the membership in terms of the tag selection.
