Sometimes it can be a battle, but when I win that battle, feels great :) When I lose it, I just double up on my excercise/dance time :D

It is always fun when we win the battle. The idea of healthier snacks is a good one.
Also I love dance as a form of exercise.

As far as triggers go, I suffer from the recurring cliche: boredom. That and Netflix binges. What I try to do is drink water, since that makes you full and you don't want food after you drink a lot of water unless you are actually hungry.

LOL! Me too. And now Hubby has me hooked on Amazon original series' too. So that "Smart Pop" popcorn that's just 100 calories a bag & a large water, are life savers for me :)
