There are 3 versions of the book Combating Cult Mind Control listed. Two are the recent publication from 2015 (the print and kindle version) and the other one is an older edition with a different publisher. Should all three be merged into one, or just the two most recent?

I see that it has been combined already, but the wrong cover is present. Is that typical, that the oldest edition is the new base edition?

For instance, when ones searches for this book in Goodreads, if someone wants to purchase it, the Amazon link goes to the out-of-print version, not the newest edition. Is that supposed to happen?

The default edition, is the most popular edition, meaning most shelved by GR users.

(Only GR authors can change the default edition for their own books.)
