SOLVED. People In A Hospital Start Sharing Each Other's Memories [s]

I read this book maybe 5 or so years ago. I think it was written with a lot of POV's.
SPOILERS
It's about a group of people in a hospital who've never met before who suddenly start having each other's memories. At first I think it's 7 or 8 people and it goes in a circle, i.e. one person has another person's memories, that person has someone else's, that person has someone else's and so on.
But then it switches and it's not just old memories, it's recent, like a minute ago, memories.
A lot of stuff happens in the middle that I don't remember, but there's some way to stop it, but there's a group that doesn't want it to stop. And it ends with, as the sun rises all over the Earth, everyone who is in an area that the sun has reached starts being able to read everyone's mind, and by the end of the day, everyone in the world is connected mentally.

I probably should have been able to find this if I'd actually looked for it, seeing as it's in my shelves, but in my defense I read it over 2 years ago, and I do have 800+ books in my read shelf.

And wow, I am way off in how long it was since I read this book.
