SOLVED. Woman in coma, set in London or Edinburgh [s]

Fairly new book, within the last 10 years or so.

I think the woman is in a coma for the most part of the book, I can't remember if she gets run over or something.

She has taken a train maybe from London to Edinburgh or vice versa or something similar and the story surrounds the mystery of her family trying to work out why she even was where she was when she had the accident.
