This bestselling book that birthed the Divine Mercy movement, one of the fastest growing movements in world today. This amazing narrative will stir your heart and soul while it chronicles the experience of a simple Polish nun.

I did find some questions on line - I thought about ordering the guide to the Diary when I saw that the Diary is over 700 pages, but it is almost 50 bucks. I am also including the separate sections of the book where we can each share thoughts, reflections or passages you found particularly noteworthy. As always, feel free to add a topic with your own questions.

Comments and discussion on the Introduction can go here.

C.D. (skymama) | 58 comments It's been several years since I've read St. Faustina's diary. The physical book is long gone, but the words definitely left an impression!

From the Introduction:

"Divine Mercy is like a golden thread woven into all the moments of our human existence."

"Trust . . . means neither pious feelings nor intellectual acceptance of the truths of faith, but a lifelong attitude toward God, which is realized in doing the will of God contained in the commandments, the obligations of one's state of life, or recognized inspirations of the Holy Spirit."

Life has been chaotic, but I've been keeping up with my own plan for reading this book. I have not been keeping up with posting my thoughts, though they have been numerous - I hope to get caught up somewhat this weekend. Is anyone else still reading this and planning to participate in the discussion?

I am not done reading this yet, and haven't really posted many of my comments. Until I'm done with that I'm going to keep this discussion above the nominations folder.
