Why should we choose you over other applicants: You should choose me over the other applicants because I can get more members, I will help clean folders and do whatever I am given to do every month,

Why should we choose you over other applicants: You should choose me, because I am a very organized person and I care about helping others out so that they don't feel too much stress trying to handle things all on their own, because I know what that feels like. I also want to keep this great group going and keep it fun and safe for everyone.

What's your favorite YA book: There are so many good ones, but Lord of the Rings: Return of the King by J.R.R. Tolkien.
Who's your favorite YA author: Easily Julie Kagawa.
How many YA books did you read last year: I read 164 books in 2015 (a lot less than I'd expected), a few MG and Adult but most YA.
Why should we choose you over other applicants: I have a lot of mod experience and love to help out in groups. I have school, but I'm always trying to find new ways to get on goodreads more.

What's your favorite YA book: I have quite a few, but if I have to pick one its Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell.
Who's your favorite YA author?: Rainbow Rowell, I seriously love her.
How many YA books did you read last year?: I read a total of 65 books, and about half of them were YA.
Why should we choose over other applicants?: Because I really want to be a part of this group, and if I can help to make it better then I would really like to have the opportunity.

What will you do as a mod: I would share my ideas, make sure the group runs smoothly, make sure that I stay in contact with all of our members, and work alongside the other mods to make this group the best one!
How long have you been a member: Not long, but I can tell I will love it!
How many comments have you made: Not many because I did just join. However, I pride myself if being an active member in the groups I join.
Favorite YA book: Oh gosh, how to pick! I guess right now its Red Queen. That book is staying with me!
Favorite YA author: JK Rowling or Suzanne Collins
How many YA books did I read last year: I read a total of 21 books last year. And about 18 of them were YA. Its mostly all I read.
Why should you choose me: Goodreads is my obsession. I am constantly checking it throughout my day. I think I would make a great moderator because I have a flexible schedule, I am a college student but Im working on my masters in elementary education, so I am free alot. I absolutely love talking to others, especially others who share my love for YA. I know I may be a little old in some peoples eyes to love YA, but I believe that people should not be judged for what they love to read, they should be celebrated because they are reading. I would truly love being a moderator and would love it if you would even consider me! Thanks!

I do not mod for any other group.
As a mod, I'd like to help organize all of the folders and topics, create new topics, and organize fun events that group members can take part in.
I've been a member of All About YA since December or January.
I post almost everyday.
I have posted a fair amount of comments.
My favorite YA author is Sarah J. Maas and my favorite YA book is Heir of Fire.
I read alot of YA books last year. I lost count at 50 in August.
You should choose me over the other applicants because I'm available for a great portion of the day. I'm also looking for a way to help out in the Goodreads community and being a mod for All About YA would be a great opportunity. Overall, I want to make the group better than it already is.

♢ You will mostly be an assistant moderator. We will need your help to clean up folders and forums, but we will also have specific things for you to do each month.
♢ We will count on you to help us out when we get busy. I work fulltime as a library teaching assistant, and Robin's in school, so the mods will need some help from time to time.
♢ We're going to need you to follow our rules. This group is already established, and while we appreciate new ideas, we want what works to continue working.
♢ You'll need to answer our emails in a timely manner.
♢ We also are sticking with Goodreads' Terms of Service, so a mod under eighteen years old will not be chosen.
