Many of us joined this group because we loved challenges that we had found in other groups. We played and played and then found out there was a home that would let us earn points for completing all those wonderful challenges.
Well for those of you who are in multiple groups and competing in a wide variety of challenges, this challenge is for you.
This will be an ongoing challenge , but you will still be expected to turn in your completed post every month .
☯ Here's how it will work...
We all know that half the fun in picking books to read is seeing how many challenges you can fit it into, thus limiting the sheer amount of books you have to read. This takes an AWFUL AMOUNT of work, planning, re-planning, and finally reading. So....
For every challenge that you participate in/complete in a different group, here's your space to earn a little extra bonus in your points extravaganza.
You will only post challenges here ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN FINISHED in your other groups. So if it's an annual challenge you don't need to update your progress here each month, just post the completed information in the month you finally finish. We only care when you call it done-zo. :D
Because these are challenges that we as a group don't run and control there is no established point structure for them. So how will you earn points may you ask??? Well, this will be on a per/book ratio. For this challenge and this challenge only, because other groups differ, page count and other standard Rawk-A-Tiers book requirements will not matter. If you used it for the challenge and it met the rules of the challenge as established for the group it was played in it will count here.
☯ Points: Each book read to complete the challenge will count for .25pts.
Thus if completion of the challenge requires 1 book read then well you'll get your .25pts. If completion of the challenge requires 10 books read you will earn 2.50pts for that challenge.
☯ Sign-up & Monthly Posting Please use this thread for your initial sign-ups. Once you have signed up I will create a separate thread for you to track your individual challenges in. Please reserve space at the top to link, as you would in a Homework Box, to each completed challenge for the month. You will use this thread to track all your challenges from here on out.
--Please post a link to your original post in the other group as well as copying and pasting the completed challenge to your individual thread. We understand that not all groups are open groups and it may not be possible to see your completed challenge without the dual posting.
