Done with The Omen for this week - I binge watched season 4 of Orange is the new black then dove into some nice horror reading haha.

What books have people found that work for the lovers? I've had serious issues haha I checked like 30 books that I own on Amazon and none of them had it.

Doesn't it still have to be a book that uses The Lovers tarot cards though, so it still needs that phrase rather than just "Jill pulled out her tarot cards" or something easier haha?

I finished Any Place I Hang My Hat on 6/29/16
It was an interesting book about life, love and one woman's search for the mother that abandoned her as a child. I'm really looking forward to reading more from this author!

I finished The Cuckoo's Calling and Cleopatra's Shadows on 6/30/16. Cleopatra's shadows was excellent! Cuckoo -- not so much...

What is everybody up to now? I am hoping to get to Disneyland at the end of this month, but still aren't sure yet.

That's disappointing about The Cuckoo's Calling. I have it on my TBR list, but have heard some mixed reviews about it.

I finished The Darling Dahlias and the Cucumber Tree on 7/3/16 and Midnight Crossroad on 7/4/16. Both were really good!

I just found out that I'm really going to Disneyland! I'll be gone from 7/22 to 7/31. I'm so excited! We haven't been since 2012! My husband has to go to California for a series of classes for work, so I'm just tagging along. We'll be staying in Rancho Cucamonga when we're not doing Disney. I'll probably be logging in lots of poolside hours reading... :)

Yeah, my husband is already up there & he said it hit 100 today. He asked me to bring sunscreen! Duh! Go to the store. Hel-lo! You should try Hawaii with its lovely 100% humidity! Different types of heat, but I like my hair lots better in Cali. At home, it's pretty much a giant frizz ball. I leave tomorrow night.

I finished both White Elephant Dead and Stone Butterfly on 7/16. 'Stone Butterfly was really excellent!

I'm back.... Is anyone still playing? I finished Light My Fire on 7/22/16, Top Secret Twenty-One on 7/23, A Touch of Gold on 7/28, and The Nanny Diaries on 8/1.

I had a great trip, but it was time to come home... And it sure was hot! It was like living on the sun! I was one giant crispy critter -- chapped lips, raging blisters, nosebleeds. BUT my hair looked fabulous!

Hi Lauri :) Yes it is! I've been reading so much more than I usually do, and a ton of short books at that so I'm a little worn out. But I'm starting back up with the In Death series (on #12 now), and trying to fit in some others to finish out some quests for my NRPG.

In my book this morning guess what I read? THE LOVERS! Yes!!! I was so excited, but then not because the book was bad HA :/
