E-book: Add ISBN or create new version?

I have a question. I hope I wrote in the right area.
I have this e-book: http://www.piper.de/buecher/der-inqui...
It has its own ISBN. But of course it has also an ASIN on amazon: http://www.amazon.de/Der-Inquisitor-v...

Do i add a new version of the e-book with the ISBN or do i write the ISBN of the e-book in the description of the version with the ASIN?

Goodreads keeps separate records for Kindle editions and ebook editions, even if they share the same digital source. So yes, you should add a separate edition.
