I had heard so many people raving about this book so I decided to give it a try. I had trouble getting into it at first. When I start a book I usually have to finish it in one sitting but this one I had to put down after just a couple of chapters for a few days and come back to it. I'm glad I did because when I made myself keep reading and hit around chapter six, which is where I felt that things started taking off, I breezed through it and quite enjoyed. I've heard that the audiobook enhances the reading experience and debated getting the audiobook, but I prefer an actual book and have no patience for audiobooks.

I loved this book - it was the last book I read in 2015 and I did it with the audiobook. Audiobooks are new for me and I think it's really hit or miss, but Wil Wheaton's performance is great, so if you ever want to give audiobooks a try, I would recommend RPO.
Stay away from Armada, though. Huge letdown compared to Ready Player One. Not even Wil Wheaton could save it.
