Zander was sad when he saw that his smile was gone. He was beginning to really like his smile. He couldn't though but laugh a little when he had to shake the popcorn off of himself. "Yeah I'll see you tomorrow at school. I have my art class tomorrow after school so we will have to meet up again Wednesday night to work on the project more. Without another popcorn fight though." He said with a smile and began to walk towards the door.((thats alright))
Kaiden nodded and said, "Oh okay. That's fine." He smiled a little when he laughed but other than that he wasn't smiling or laughing anymore. He followed him out of the door and was getting to leave and go home. His father was probably home so he would have ignore him and hope that he wouldn't start a problem or argument with him. Even though Kaiden tries to block what he says, he can't help but believe some of what he says.
Zander bit his lip as he stood at the door, watching him. He waved to him with a tiny smile before he left. After he drove away he shut the door and went to go get the vacuum. He went to the room and vacuumed up all the popcorn. He sighed and then plopped down on to his bed. He closed his eyes, the only thing on his mind was Kaiden and he had no idea why.
Kaiden rode home on his motorcycle and he smiled a little remembering the fun that he had had with Zander. He surprised himself that he was able to stop his normal bully or annoying persona with him so easily. Recently it was a habit, but with Zander he acted like his regular self. Still thinking about this, Kaiden got home and tried to be quiet seeing his father was home. He stuck into his house and room and locked himself in.
Zander stood up from where he was laying and pulled out a some what large piece of watercolor paper. He let his mind wonder as he painted on the piece of paper with watercolor. He got water all over him along with paint. When he did art stuff he would always get dirty no matter what he was using. He spent a few hours just painting and sketching a bunch of stuff.
Kaiden stayed in his room and read from the collection of books he had. He read leaning against the back of the headboard and almost immediately after he opened the book, he got lost in the characters and plot. He read most of the book until he had gotten halfway through. Kaiden rubbed his sore eyes and spaced out for a few minutes thinking about the book and Zander.
In the end, he ended up watercolor painting two koi fish swimming together in the water. He stepped back and smiled happily at his art work. He somewhat cleaned up his stuff before plopping down on the bed. His mom had come up and said that supper was done but he had passed it up and said he wasnt hungry. Which he has been doing a lot lately. He didnt know why though. His parents believe its because of stress.

((So sorry I didn't see this))It was Wednesday evening when Kaiden decided to head over to Zander's house so they could study and work on their project. He left his house and got on his motorcycle to drive over to his house. It took him a few minutes to drive there before parking in the driveway and walking to the door. He knocked on the door and waited for Zander.
Zander had been upstairs in his room working on a painting he had to get down for school tomorrow. He cursed under his breath when he heard the knocking. "Just a second!" he yelled from upstairs in his room. He set down his paint brush and ran down the steps. He had a little bit of paint on his cheek and some on his hands. He also wearing sweatpants and no t-shirt because he tended to make a mess while he was painting and he had forgotten that Kaiden was coming over.
Kaiden waited hearing Zander yelling to hold on. He looked around the neighborhood for those few seconds not really thinking of anything. He heard Zander coming down the stairs and turned to face the door again. When Zander opened it, Kaiden quickly saw that he wasn't wearing a shirt and he had paint all over him. Kaiden smiled before teasing, "You have a little something..." while he gestured to his own cheek.
Zander blushed as he tried to look down on his cheek, but couldn't quiet see it. "Yeah this happens when I get lost in my painting." He said with a small laugh. "You can come in." He said and stepped inside, letting him in. "I'll be right back." He said and quickly went upstairs and grabbed a tank top. He slipped it on and went into the bathroom to wash the paint of of his face. He got most of it and then came back downstairs with his computer. "Okay. I'm ready to work on this project."
Kaiden smiled wider seeing Zander blush while he walked through the door. He understood that he could get lost in the painting and not even realize that he had paint on him. That was similar to what happens to Kaiden when he reads because he is obvious to anything else around the house He waited downstairs for Zander to come back and when he did come down, he nodded and sat up more getting ready.
Zander sat down on the couch and set his computer down before getting back. "You want something to drink?" He asked him as he went and grabbed a gatorade for himself. He also grabbed a box of cheese it for the cabinet to eat. He didnt eat lunch today and when he does art stuff he gets so lost in it he forgets to do everything else.
((sorry to post so late, I've been really busy))"A water is fine, thanks," Kaiden said. He waited rubbing his hands on the top of his legs wondering what they were going to work on. He would try to help some without giving away that he actually liked reading it and talking about the plays since he did want to keep his "bad-boy" reputation.
"Okay." He grabbed a water bottle from the fridge and brought it out to him. He sat down and handed it to him. He pulled open his computer and logged in. The first thing that popped up was a google image search of shirtless guys because he had to do a close up charcoal drawing of a certain muscle on the body for his class that he took the night before. He closed out of that screen like it was nothing and opened up their presentation.
Kaiden took the water bottle from him and had opened it when Zander was opening his computer. He laughed and had a hard time swallowing when he said, "No, no. Go back. What was that?" He was smiling widely trying not to laugh and said, "Were you looking up shirtless guys? I am sure that I would be much better looking than those guys."
Zanders face turned a bright red. "No...I mean. Yes but.. Not for the reason you think. I had to for an art piece am i working on." He said with a small pout. He looked at himand rolled his eyes. "Oh would you now?"
Kaiden started laughing seeing Zander blush that much from him teasing him. "Oh sure, it was 'art'," he teased putting air quotes around art. "Oh course I do," he said matter-of-factually. Kaiden wasn't narcissistic but he was confident with the way he looked.
Zander rolled his eyes. "Its true!" He said and crossed his arms. "I could show you a picture to prove it!" He went grab his phone from his pocket but realized he left it upstairs and he wasnt going back up there to get it. "Ill let you believe that." He told him teasingly.
Kaiden said, "Oh you don't believe me but it is true. I am in very good shape." He smiled knowing Zander was also teasing him but going along with it. "Would you rather me show you?" he asked smiling wider as he moved his hands to the bottom of his shirt.
Zander looked over at him and frantically shook his head. "No. No. Im good. You can just keep your shirt on. Its fine." He went back to looking at his computer. "Now shut up and lets work on this project. We are almost done with it and we only have 2more days to work on it." He began to do some typing.
Kaiden laughed and leaned forward so we could see the screen. He read over their work and he nodded agreeing with what they had. It was pretty good so he didn't think that they would need that much more time to work on it which was a little upsetting to him since he liked working with Zander.
"I think we could add a few more slides about some of the books and then we should be good to go." He told him with a shrug. "Do you have a suggestion on which books we should do?" He asked him curiously. He too didnt want this stufd. As much as he thought he was annoying he liked working with him.
"Maybe the ones we talked about in class. That way the others know what we're talking about instead of zoning out when we present," Kaiden said trying to sound like he hadn't thought about that before when he had really been thinking about that when they got the assignment.
"Sure. Sounds good to me. " He inserted the titles of the books they talked about in class. He typed in some other information. He then went back and esited some of the other slides. "Nowall we reallyhave left to do is figure out whois presenting want. What slides do you want to present?" he asked him curiously.
"I present the first half if you want and you can take the second half. We could each add more to each other's ideas if we need to but we'll each have our own half," Kaiden said looking over what they had planned for each of the slides.
Zander nodded at that. "Yeah. That sounds good to me." He triple checked everything and then closed his computer. "Now what?" He asked him as he set his computer down on the table. Now that they were finished he didn't know what to do.
Kaiden's smile dropped and he sat up. "Sure I understand. It's no problem," he said. He stood up off the bed and shook off the popcorn that had clung onto him from the bed. He stood awkwardly for a moment not really sure what to do. "Yeah, so I'll see you tomorrow then," he said.
