Kilo pulled her hair into a ponytail and heard Yuki talking. She went up to the open bedroom door and peeked inside.

Yuki sat on her bed taking to Chris about how she wanted to be a drummer.
Chris heard the door open and turned and smiled at Kilo. Not like the old smiles of love he used to give her.

Kilo but her lip and acted like nothing was wrong. She walked inside and smiled softly, "Yuki, time to go sweety." Maybe she should pretend Chris was an invisible friend?

Yuki smiled and bounced over to Kilo, "Mommy this is Ris." She said his name wrong on accident.

She nodded and made eye contact with Chris, to late now, "nice to meet you," her stomach twisted and she looked back at Yuki, "why don't you and daddy go on and I'll catch up?"

Yuki nodded and waved bye to her dad before running off.

Kilo watched Yuki go then closed the bedroom door behind her and watched Chris for a moment. She sighed softly and rubbed her forehead, she wasn't even sure what to say, "hi."

"I'm glad your not doing a terrible job raising her." He said studying her.

She nodded and looked him over, "trying my best.." She shifted on her feet, "why are you here?" She asked softly. The Chris she'd known for the last year would have just kidnapped Yuki or something. Why was he letting her go?

Chris stood up and handed her a piece of paper. "We're going to court. I'm going to get custody of my daughter the legal way." Really he rather just take her but his new lawyer girlfriend said this was better.

Kilo frowned sadly and took the paper, "but..." Tears filled her eyes as she opened it and skimmed it. She looked back at him, "I'll share, please don't take her from me," she begged.

Her heart flipped at his touch and she hated herself for it, "please?"

"Two days." Chris told her and went back to Yuki's opened window. He winked at her before climbing out.

Kilo's lip quivered. She dashed out if the house and ran across the street, nearly getting hit by a car. She went up to the lead singer, who had gone to school to become a lawyer, "I need your help." They didn't get along, but she hoped the pain and fear on her face would convince him. Plus the guys loved Yuki.

He rolled his eyes but noticed Kilo's face, "What happened?"

"Chris happened..." She glanced at Nate then back, "in two days he's taking me to Court for custody over Yuki."

Nate was too busy with Yuki on the drums to notice Kilo.

He frowned, "Your not going to win. Breeder remember?" They all knew about Kilo's past.

Kilo trembled, "that's why I need your help.. What can I do?"

((I wanna go with fake death, then changing her identity. Nate could somehow go to court because in Kilo's will she put Nate as the legal guardian. Cuz Nate would have a better chance of winning))

Kilo bit her lip and nodded. She looked at Yuki, "should I tell Nate? Or wait until after the trial?" She wanted to wait, but it would broke his heart,

Kilo jumped and looked at Nate nervously, "Chris was in Yuki's room... Were going to court in two days... He's going to get full custody of Yuki.."

Nate scowled, "Why didn't you tell me sooner?" he didn't mean to snap he was just worried and angry.

Kilo sighed and let him examine her, "Nate.. We have a plan, but your not going to like it.."

She nodded and hugged him, trying now to cry, "she's going to think I'm dead..."

Yuki went up to her parents and tugged on their shirt to get their attention.

She forced a smile, "nothing Sakura is just baking mommy hungry," she lied, "show me what you learnt."

Yuki nodded and went to the drums and started playing.

Kilo watched. She smiled softly, she was so proud of Yuki. Tears kept rolling down her face, she could hear the guys all talking about the perfect way to pull this off. Maybe she could just fake both their deaths and they'd be fine.
