Emma: that's what we're called, but we hunt demons, I guess the reason is because demons hide in the shadows and we hunt them in the shadows... I don't know I'm only 12...
Emma: we only hunt demons and they hide in shadows also demons can take the shape of a wolf if they wish or even a human and pretend to be a normal person and we would know...
Tessa: I didn't know I was a warlock, I didn't even know I could shapeshift until I got kidnapped and forced to practice until I could use my power...
Emma: I'm only 12 I don't know, you should ask Jace or Clary they would know, or Izzy. Izzy has her special pendant to show if theirs a demon around.
Tessa: well one of my parents live in a demon realm...
Tessa: but i thought you lived in a demon realm?
Tessa: oh well I've never personally been to a demon realm.
Tessa: it's another dimension where demons come from and the world is often destroyed and different demons are in charge like lucifer is in charge of one...
Tessa: what I was taught to believe is the same as what I believe, demons are creatures that only destroy they feel no emotion and feed on our emotions, they travel to world to fed on and destroy then they move on, shadowhunters kill them and by killing them we send them back to their dimension.
Tessa: our demons don't talk in our language either :)
Tessa: fine friends though I'm pretty sure you will not like my husband will, to you he'll be either charming or extremely annoying x
