Olivia (livvie_simone) First let me say, one of my biggest fears is natural disasters. Any type: earthquake, tornado, tsunami, fire, etc. But I can't help but also be fascinated by them, when you look past the tragedy and destruction they can bring, they are actually incredible and beautiful in my opinion. So my question is, are there any YA novels, or any novels for that matter, that features a big natural disaster scene? I have read books where the characters are trying to survive AFTER natural disasters have happened, but I mean a full on movie type earthquake scene. And honestly they can happen at any point in any story in any time period so I would love to know if there are any good ones out there.

Nicole N. (A Myriad of Books) (amyriadofbooks) I don't know if this is exactly what you mean but I just finished reading Let the Sky Fall. It has fantasy elements in it so... :)
