Picture Perfect question

I am confused and have possibly missed something. I have reread this section several times and cannot find how:
chapter 11
Loc 1042 Monday morning at the office
Loc 1090 Skye says she booked their flight to LA. She states, We leave on the Sunday at 8AM and fly back a week later.
chapter 12
loc 1125 they have been flirting back and forth but now she states she will be steering clear of all talk of his personal life from now on.
loc1125 the next paragraph. It starts off by saying "The week after Thanksgiving, I was taking the elevator up to Steele and Associates......
in elevator they are flirting and he skims her thigh with his hand...
chapter 15
Saturday meeting at Landon's home. they end the home meeting awkwardly and she tells him to have a nice weekend see ya Monday.

The weekend is over now its monday than wed and there it talks about getting ready for the LA trip this Sunday.


What did I miss. First they are flirting in his office on a Monday morning. The flirting ends with her mentalling telling herself she doesn't need to go there anymore and the next thing i know its a week after Thanksgiving and they are flirting in the elevator........and then its saturday at his home for a meeting to prepare for the LA trip that I thought was suppose to happen the Sunday after she told him she had book the flights.. But again somehow Thanksgiving is in there..

I don't even know what Im asking anymore it all sounds so confusing. For a sec I thought the elevator thing was just a dream or something but then it kept going and going and into another day.

I don't want to put out a bad review if i missed something. And this has total missed up my reading of the story.
