In Worldcat I can only find 163 pages. Do you have a copy of this book? What is on page 164-176?

I just checked the back of my copy, and yeah, it's only 163 "real" pages after the front matter. Amazon lists 176, which I accepted because my total page count is 178, but I guess that's taken directly from the number of ebook pages minus the covers.

Now I am confused. ISBN 9780791471128 belongs to the paperback. Do you have the paperback copy? What do you mean with "my total page count is 178"? If page 178 contains text belonging to the book (an index for example), it should be counted.

ETA Or did you include the introduction in Roman numerals in the total page count? Because that is ignored on GR.

Or do you have the ebook? For ebooks we can only accept the number of pages the publisher gives, because page count may vary across devices.

I just grabbed the ISBN from Amazon and accepted the page-count listed there under product details, because it roughly corresponds to the number of pages in my book including the prolegomena. Numbered pages only reach 163. Sorry if I was unclear.
