Okay... I'm here. So we were talking about genre? I think you said you prefer romance and I asked if you wanted it in high school, college or what. Also if you had a gender preference.

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

.

message 4: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments So sorry, I have just figured out my notification problem.

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

:P Were you not following the thread or something?

message 6: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Unfortunately, yes. lol.

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

Haha okay. Well at least you figured it out.

message 8: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Anyways, I totally forgot what our theme was or if we even had one. Also, my prefer gender role is the male.

message 9: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Preferred*

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay, that's cool.

I honestly don't remember if we had one; I think we were just coming up with genre. I have a few plots written in my notes but they're all pretty much fantasy/supernatural romance based on the same tropes. I think you told me you prefer realistic though?

message 11: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments I'm not too fond of non-realistic topics, they just don't appeal to me. If we both become stumped we can honestly just go for a cliche highschool relationship, and maybe add in a problem like one of them has a life threatening disease.

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah that would be fine...

I had another plot but I wrote it on my iPod. This girl absolutely hates a band because she thinks they're too Rise-to-Fame, but a sibling of hers loves them, and she has to take them to a concert. She ends up meeting a member of a band and they flirt, and end up going for a relationship despite their differences.
I've done it before and it was a flop, but it was because of something else we added in that didn't work.

message 13: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Alright, and where do you stand when it comes to mature scenes. I like to know my limits.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

Usually I don't mind writing them out, as long as it's in Pm, but sometimes I don't feel like doing it. If that's the case I would let you know.

message 15: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Okay, want to just add simple characters? name, age, and appearance?

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Sure, I actually prefer that.
You want to do my plot, then?

message 17: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Okay, and yes. I'm always down to try new topics.

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

Haha okay. I'll have my profile up soon.

caden. | 791 comments name: Chandler Valentine

age: 17

appearance: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/1557964...

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

I like him.
I figured we would have older characters... I can't edit on the app but just say that instead of 19 she's 16.

message 22: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Alright want to start us off?

message 23: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments I honestly didn't even see the age of your character, I'm just in a habit of repeating the same character. I would prefer to have my character older, let's say mines 21.

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay, mine will stick with 19 then. I'll start, I just might be slow and on short replies because I'm a little busy today.))

"Please please please please please-"

"Okay! Shut up!" Evangeline's eyes closed and she took a deep breath. "You can go get drinks, but do not wander off. Or I'll skin you." She added the last part menacingly, narrowing her eyes at Heidi, her fifteen-year old sister. The girl took no heed and squealed, running off into the crowd.

Evangeline sighed and turned towards the stage, watching the boring pre-set play their lip-synced music. She eyed the people surround her, wondering what sort of stupid drug they had been on to get them into the oncoming band.

message 25: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments (( quick question, by "pre-set" do you mean the opening band? ))

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

((. Yeah..))

message 27: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Chandler leaned against the wall backstage, peering out onto the stage from the side. He plucked at his guitar strings and mumbled the lyrics, bobbing his head to the song. "Hey, hey wait." He hollered to Stephen, one of his fellow band mates, "Could you bring me a water bottle on your way back? You are going to the food hall right.?"

"No." Mumbled Stephen sarcastically, spinning his drum sticks in between his fingers.

Chandler stood up with a cheeky grin and stumbled towards the agenda paper lying on a desk near the stage entrance. better not forgot the song order. he thought to himself running his finger down the list of songs.

Too much time has gone by for Evangeline to be comfortable with since Heidi had left to go get sodas. She fidgeted around for a moment before heading back towards the food court. She looked around for her sister a bit before realizing she would probably be somewhere around the screaming fangirls and -boys.

A small grunt escaped the older sister's lips as she pushed her way through the crowd, only to find her sister at the head of the freaky little pack. She rolled her eyes, slightly embarrassed that Heidi was so enamored with the dumb band. Evangeline kept pushing her way past the people before finally reaching Heidi, who was screaming at the top of her lungs as some vaguely-familiar guy grabbed a water bottle.

caden. | 791 comments Chandler became bored and the slightest bit impatient, he sat standing at the side of the stage waiting for Stephen. He decided he'd go look for him himself, grabbing his lanyard he quickly exited the backstage portion and quickly began trotting to the food court, praying 13 year old fan girls wouldn't maul him.

Once he had gotten to the food court a loud squeaky laugh escaped his mouth. All he could see was Stephen squished in between what seemed to be an angry soccer mom and a little to excited middle school squad of girls. One thing he didn't notice was he had dropped his lanyard mid laugh-heart attack. Once he escaped away to the dressing rooms, pulling Stephen by his t-shirt he had recognized it was no longer clipped to the belt loop of his skinny jeans. "Oh shit." He exclaimed.

caden. | 791 comments (( landward with a backstage entrance pass** ))

message 32: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments (( I mean lanyard*, I'm struggling today. ))

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

((It's cool dude. It is Monday, you know. Unless you aren't in a similar timezone... Then it might not be.))

Evangeline felt relieved when the band member was finally saved by another scream-worthy dude. She dragged Heidi to go get her drinks, but paused when her foot kicked something on the ground. She bent to pick it up and read the thing on the lanyard... A backstage pass. Rolling her eyes, she told Heidi she would be back in a moment before she made her way towards the stage, holding the pass tightly in her hand.

The young woman approached a bouncer-guard guy who was arguing with the savior of the band member. Great, she thought. He's a whiny princess too. Ignoring the guy, she waved to get the bigger arguer's attention. "Um, I found this by the food court- a Very Important Person must have dropped it," she said, quoting the VIP section.

message 34: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments Chandler turned around, eyes wide and all. "Why thank you." He said, gripping the lanyard from her hand and showing the beefy and mean looking bouncer. After the bouncer had given him access into backstage he swung the lanyard over his neck and tucked the pass under his white t-shirt. "I guess I should give you some sort of reward for handing this thing in. Want to head backstage with me." He asked regretfully, knowing the she most likely would be a boy thirsty fan girl like most people at this venue. "There's free fruit."

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

Evangeline was about to turn around to go find Heidi when she heard the guy's voice again. She snorted a laugh and arched a brow at him. "Well, with a hot, peppy invitation like that, how could I resist?" she replied sarcastically, rolling her sea-green eyes. "While I do love fruit, I have a babysitting job to get back to. Don't be dumb and lose it again." She eyed him for a second, studying his features before she shook her head slightly and turned to leave.

message 36: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments "Oh so you weren't here just for me?" Chandler said, with a tint of arrogance and sarcasm. "I find that to be incredibly rude." He admitted, again adding a tone of sarcasm in his remarks and laying his hand over his heart as to act like it was broken. He gave her the slightest of frowns and puffed his lip, hoping he'd get on her nerve and pressure her into coming backstage with him. Chandler couldn't deny the fact she was pretty, and who wouldn't want some dime like her waiting backstage for him after the performance? He just couldn't help himself.

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well, at least I'm not trying for an award from you. I'd probably suck." God, he was on Evangeline's nerves! Stupid arrogant cocky band boy. Her nostrils flared in annoyance and the woman before her lips twitched into an almost-smirk. "Either that or I would win- you're obviously trying for my attention." She huffed through her nose and shrugged. "Why should I worry about your feelings?"

message 38: by caden. (new)

caden. | 791 comments "2 minutes people." Hollered one of the many concert directors. Chandler knew he better get moving before he misses the first opening.

"Last chance." He said with a dull, straight face. He tucked his hands into his faded skinny jeans and leaned against the door way. His eyes peered into hers, tapping his foot against the hard ground for impatient effect.

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

"I legitimately can't, unless you're willing to invite my sister back there as well. I can't exactly leave her- she's fifteen." Evangeline shrugged and ignored the foot tapping, crossing her arms. "You know, it sure would make her night. And leave a very happy babysitter." She wondered why she was bargaining for Heidi, but decided to brush the thought off. The guy was hot, and she could use a few older-sister brownie points.
