8. FACE IT DUDE. SHE'S SUPERIOR.
Breaking News: Guess what...Women are not the weaker sex. You might as well get off your man horse right now and admit it dude, she's superior. Women are not weaker than men by any standard of measurement. Physical attributes do not the person make. Women are emotionally stronger and intellectually superior. Why? Simple. They think with their hearts and minds and not their egos.
Our culture has always been guilty of looking up to men with overrated enthusiasm. Starting with John Wayne all the way to Iron Man, the only Superheroine that vaguely comes to mind is Wonder Woman. Male figures should not be the only ones society stands in awe of. Just because you have a higher opinion of someone that isn't truly deserved, it doesn't make them any bigger or better than anybody else.
When we attach too much importance to the role of men in our society, it diminishes the way we see the world. And that's not reality. The reality is women are superior to men. Need proof? Okay sizzlechest. Let's settle the score. I'm betting on her.
It is widely known that in most cultures women live longer than men. In the United States women have an average life expectancy of 80 years, compared to men at 75 years. Longevity = Women 1; Men 0.
Numerous studies demonstrate that women have a higher tolerance for pain than men. Try giving childbirth lately? Pain Threshold = Women 2; Men 0.
Women can survive longer than men without food, simply because they have more body fat and less muscle mass. And since fat tissue requires fewer calories than muscle tissue, they have the double advantage of less muscle (fewer burned calories) and more fat (more stored calories) which translates to a metabolic advantage during hunger. Survival = Women 3; Men 0.
And because they have less body mass, women use fewer natural resources such as air, water, food, fuel, you get the idea. Therefore women are by nature "greener" than men.
Eco Friendly = Women 4; Men 0.
Women possess a higher level of social conscience and emotional intelligence than men. They are statistically less violent and aggressive. Women are almost never serial killers, rapists or sexually corrupt. Moral Code = Women 5; Men 0.
Women are statistically safer drivers. Men are proven to drive faster, ignore traffic laws with more frequency, take more unnecessary risks and are involved in the majority of fatal crashes worldwide. Common Sense = Women 6; Men 0.
Females have two X chromosomes which is a huge health advantage over X-linked abnormalities like color blindness, hemophilia and Duchene’s disease (a severe recessive X-linked form of muscular dystrophy). X chromosome mutations nearly always occur only in men. Women have two cell lines, one paternal and the other maternal with different X chromosomes active. So if a woman has only one healthy X chromosome it can prevent most X-linked diseases. However males with an unhealthy X chromosome are inevitably affected because they have no back-up X chromosome from a healthy cell line. Genetics = Women 7; Men zip.
There is however one area of advantage for men, physical strength. And you might even be able to tag reaction time on to that. But unless you're talking about sports, then even that physical advantage becomes less significant due to tech advancements which are leveling the playing field from a physical standpoint. But just to be fair, let's give the guys a point. Final = Women 7; Men 1. There. Score settled. Pay up.
QuickFix #8: Admit to yourself women are equal. In fact go ahead and say it. They're superior. Nuff said.
