It's strange Wordcat & Amazon differ on the page counts for almost all the french graphic novels I looked at. It's just 1 page, so it doesn't really matter.

WorldCat & Amazon will differ on the page counts for many books, and often by much more than 1 page. In general, WorldCat's page count is more likely to be consistent with how Goodreads counts pages than Amazon's (and more likely to be from the count of the actual book, rather than a pre-publication estimate).

Thanks for the explanations rivka. If I understood well, Amazon can count bonus stuff (like previews, afterwords, list of books in the series...) but Worldcat doesn't usually count it.

Correct. But I suspect the use of pre-pub estimates provided by publishers is more of an issue with many Amazon page counts.
