We will meet on Tuesday, January 26th, 2016 at Biddle's Escape (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) to discuss Don DeLillo's 1985 postmodern novel, White Noise.

If you cannot make it, feel free to share your thoughts here so we can include them at our meeting!

Anyone interested in discussing White Noise can join us tonight at Biddle's. If we're not downstairs, we'll be upstairs... and vice versa.
“The power of the dead is that we think they see us all the time. The dead have a presence. Is there a level of energy composed solely of the dead? They are also in the ground, of course, asleep and crumbling. Perhaps we are what they dream.”
-Don DeLillo, White Noise

If anyone is interested, I came across this article written for The New York Times by Jayne Anne Phillips back in 1985 when the book was first published. I don't know why, but it's always kind of cool to see someone's impression of a book when it first came out.

I'll print a copy of this and bring it tonight as well.
