I'm reading this edition at the moment; first printed in 1938 (in hardback) and first published in paperback in 1964, there was a reprint in 1966 and then this reprinting published in 1968. The book has a page count of 542 numbered pages plus four un-numbered pages listing other books for sale also published by Jonathan Cape.
