past experience- i've been a mod in ten-ish groups or so, but the only one now is vanderbilt. most were successful and extremely active for a time, but i feel that many have died out due to the extreme lack of activity this fall.

ideas- one thing that i actually asked about in the questions/suggestions thread was the children of most of the characters. i think that could be a lot of fun. there could also be some major events that we include (the constitutional convention, publishing of the reynolds pamphlet, etc.) of course, i have many ideas for roleplay locations.
