Introductions

I figured since this group didn't have an introductions thread, I'd kick it off! (Hope you don't mind. Feel free to delete if you do)

Hey everyone, I'm Kelsey, if you couldn't tell by the highlighted name. :P

I'm currently working on my first two novels; one a contemp/NA-esque, light on the angst, romance that I'm nearly finished with (all the fun editing, betas, and rereads to come) and the second being a Sci-fi romance that I'm only about 10 pages in.

I used to love writing, especially when I was little, but I had next to no patience. I'd have these grand stories in my head and all things would start out well and then I'd hit the middle and just rush through to get it done (hey, I was only 7). High school kind of ran over my enjoyment of it with all its rules and research papers (gag me), but now I'm writing for me, for the kind of stuff I love to read.

Um, when I'm not writing I'm reading, binging on Netflix, spending time with my family, or spending entirely too much time with my "book clubs" on Facebook.

I love to "meet" and chat with new, and experienced, authors so feel free to hit me up on here or any of the other social media outlets I use.

Glad you got some more threads started in the group! Life's been crazy and I've taken a short hiatus from writing and working on the new group!
