Consider if somebody wants a read of their story,etc then they post . All they need to add what they need: a general review, looking for mistakes, that sort of thing.Post say 500 words at a time with a link o the story on GR.Those openings to a story are crititical to 'hook' the reader,
Everybody then reads and reviews.
( In the title of the story can be the Genre in brackets). No two stories are posted in the same post.
To the reviewer it is helpful for other writers to have at least one area where the work might be corrected and with benefits.
Check my profile. I review for two main line authors and get asked to review all the time. I write also.
Now I'm also looking for a young audience to stab at my latest fantasy story.The characters are 10 to 11 year olds.To have all the reviews in one place can only help the writer. With any luck others wanting to have their work reviewed might join and it's good to have a structure.
There is a rule in general : if it is difficult to review a work for whatever reason then ask a question and that will help the writer. With luck he'll reciprocate. It is OK to ask for a favour if you've reviewed another's work.
And I always aim to be published. Do you too? Have a read and discuss. Will it work? I think so .
