In the end it was her fault Father Francis was killed because she allowed the eavesdropper to hear the content of the call. She should have hung up as soon as she heard the tell tale click.

That is just dumb.
I obviously forgot the entire content of that phone call when I answered above. I thought at the time that she was setting a trap for the eavesdropper. My bad.
I think she handled it well at the time. She didn't give out a lot of information, but I think she should have followed up on it better. Father Francis was obviously in danger at that point. Maybe things would have worked out better if she had made a surprise visit to the church right after the call to talk with him.
