I really don't know why he hates him so much either. There is no reason that I can see. The only thing I could think of is maybe he does not like his Uncle (the dude who is missing whose name I have forgotten) and he's guilty by association???
That's definitely a possibility. Also-he did fight against Ned/Robert during the war. Part of it too? Idk.
