Katarina stumbled into the classroom, her books in hand. she was late, again, but she lost track of time so quickly when in the library. she lifted her head to apologise, expecting a detention, but the room was empty. where was everyone???
Sean asks around the school for what seems like hours before he turns into the science room. "I'm looking for Joanne Tate." He says, his arms crossed.
"I guess you're Joanne than." Sean raises his hands to show he means no harm. "I'm not Kyle, I'm his twin, your brother in law." He assure Joanne. "Dauntless faction head, Sean."
"Polite." Sean says sarcastically. He crosses his arms again and looks at Joanne. "Your daughter, Brianna, she's not dead." He says slowly.
"I know about her because my son found her in abnegation." Sean tells her. "And I'm very aware of my brothers murderous tendencies, he did kill my wife, my best friend, and try to kill my wife's best friend."
"I'm not messing with you. She's living in my apartment in dauntless." Sean tells her. "I don't lie Joanne I may be dauntless but I spent 16 years of my life in candor."
Sean walks over to Joanne and helps to steady her. "I don't know exactly what happened but some abnegation found her and took care of her until recently when my son saw her trip and helped her up."
"No I'm not a moron." Sean assures her. "And we have very high security protecting your daughter. Oh yeah and Seth decided to go beat the shit out of Kyle so he can't even move right now."
"That would be why I'm here." Sean tells her. "I told her id try to find you so she could see you."
Sean nods. "It will take a little while to get through the security because of kyle. I've had everyone make sure to check thoroughly and make sure it actually is me." He explains. "But yes you can come see her. She can't leave though, it wouldn't be safe."
"Why on earth would I lie about this? I didn't even know Kyle was alive until a few months ago. So how would I know he had a kid or a wife?" Sean says. Yeah his temper isn't great.
"You're erudite, you're supposed to be smart. Didn't your ex husband ever tell you that he picked dauntless at his choosing ceremony, or that he got second place behind me in initiation. Or maybe he told you that he murdered my best friend in anger and I kicked him out to be factionless. So it would be very understandable for me to think he'd died."
"Well that happened and he snuck into erudite where apparently he met you." Sean tells her.
"and I got to have a wonderful niece." Sean finishes. "Meanwhile he killed my wife and attempted to kill my wife's best friend. But he really can't move right now."
Sean shakes his head. If she were in dauntless he wouldn't let her get away with that. "So dauntless. You need a reason to be there or it will be suspicious."
"You make up something." Sean tells her simply. "No one else in dauntless has the authority to search deep enough to find out if it's true."
"Sure. By them you mean my head of security." Sean says. "You won't be allowed to bring that knife through. You can get one once were on the other side if you want."
"Okay." Sean opens the door. "Ladies first."
Sean follows her out and walks with straight posture, his arms crossed.
