Karana walked into the park with her bestie laughing over an inside joke.
Benny had driven into the Epcot cast parking lot in wonderful mood that morning, his wedding was in a week, the radio was playing great music, and the guard at the gate wasn't having a long conversation with the girl in the car in front of him. Once he was out and through cast services he made his way to Mousegear, the store that he had been trying to get transferred to for at least two years before he had finally gotten it a couple months back. "Morning!" his favorite manager, John, said as he walked on stage. "G'morning! Gotten busy yet?" he asked curiously, they hadn't been very busy for the past few days, which was weird in the middle of the summer. "Nope, but it's still early." John said with a grin as he continued fixing pillow pets. Ben headed over the the door where he was supposed to be greeting and grabbed the Stitch plush that they kept under the counter for greeters, luckily he could do stitched for perfectly. "Good morning!" he said to a family with two little kids as they walked into his store excitedly with big first visit buttons on their shirt fronts. "Where are the earhats?" the little boy asked with a giant smile that seemed to cover his entire face. Ben got on one knee and pointed with two fingers through the middle of the store and said "Just down the way and turn left at the jewelry, keep going and you'll see them!" The woman smiled and thanked him before ushering the little boy in the direction Ben had told them while her husband followed with the little girl in a stroller asleep. "Have a magical day!" he said happily as they went deeper into the store.
((WOW.......))Karana got in line for food with her friend, Abby. She was laughing still and finally stopped when they had to order there food. She had put on lots of sunscreen because she burnt really easily.
As the day wore on Benny became more and more excited, he was getting off in time to grab fish and chips in the UK, and get to Germany in time to get something Werther's before going to his favorite spot to watch the fireworks. After his second break he bounded on stage with a boyish grin on his face, he was getting to man the pin board. He set up the black easel and set the pin covered cork board on it, it had a fairly good selection so far today, even had a few Disneyland pins floating around on it.
((That was long.))Karana and Abby walked around the park, laughing, shopping and trying almost everything. They were going to have to find a place to watch fireworks soon and they were looking at a map.
When it finally came time to bump out Ben was practically bouncing off the walls, changing clothes as fast as he could he finally walked onstage east of Spaceship Earth and grinned up at the shining white geosphere, it was by far his favorite Disney Icon. He waved at his friend Blaise as he passed the entrance of MouseGear where she was embroidering ear hats then grabbed a soda at Club Cool before heading into the World Showcase, turning right towards Canada so he could get to the UK, he checked his watch and smirked, it was only seven forty-five so he would have plenty of time.(view spoiler)
Karana pointed to place on the map. "there!" She said and her and Abby started walking, looking in shops. ((CAN I MAKE KARANA HAVE A DAUGHTER!!!))

With a plate of hot fish and chips in hand Benny hurried toward the Germany pavilion, he ordered an iced water from the German quick service and sat in their outdoor seating to eat his food. Once he was done clearing his trash he slipped into the Werther's Caramel shop and ordered a caramel peanut butter cookie and a bag of caramel corn, which he was planning on giving Melody the next day, though whether she would actually eat it or not was still a mystery. He carried the small blue Disney bag on one arm and leaned against the black iron fence that separated World Showcase Lagoon and the concrete walkway. He opened the paper bag that had his cookie in it and broke a piece off to eat.

Karana looked at Sophie. "You want to be carried?" She asked. "NO!" She said and started to run off.
"Sophie!" Karana paniced as she ran into a crowd. Karana ran after her, into the crowd, Abby following her.
((Now, they can meet!))
Benny dropped the little bag that held the second half of his cookie as a blonde toddler ran into his legs. "Hey Princess!" he said with a laugh, not even worrying about the dropped sweet. She yelled something about fireworks and he grinned at her with a laugh "Yep! There going to be right in the middle!"
Karana ran up to him with Abby right behind her, "Sophie!" Karana said scooping her up. "You dont run off like that." She says and looks up yo the guy. "I'm really sorry about that."
"You're fine, I'm Benny." He said with a smile, looking from the little girl to what looked like either her older sister or mother, the woman seemed young enough that she could be either. She had the same light blonde hair as Melody, although unlike Mel's hers looked more natural, and had a lot less hairspray.
Sophie reached her hand out toward him. "I'm Sophie." Karana smiled at her.
"Sophie?! That name sounds suspiciously like Princess Sophia! Are you a princess?" Benny asked dramatically, shaking her little hand gently and giving her a bow as if she was a real princess.
"Yes!" She said excitedly. Karana mouthed 'thank you' to the man. "Sophie? Are you ready to see the fireworks?" She asked. "Yes!" Sophie says excitedly.
"Well Princess Sophie, have you seen the show before?" Benny asked, he loved getting kids involved with learning what IllumiNations was all about, since it was his favorite fireworks show.
"Nope!" She smiled happily, "This is my first time at the park!" She said.
"Your first time?! You never forget your first time in at Disney! I still remember mine and I was only four!" he grinned at her then pointed towards the closest numbered torch, which still wasn't lit "In ten minutes these torches are all going to light up. How many torches do you think there are" he moved his hand so that she could see the other torches around.
"27!" She said, she liked being exact, but she didn't know.
"Really really close! There's twenty of them, but one is hidden!" Benny smiled showing her the big number of the torch in front of them "The last torch comes out at the end of the fireworks and you have to find it!"
"Really?" She asked happily. Karana looked at Abby and smiled. 'wow.' she mouthed.

Benny put his forefinger to his lips to say shhh as Jim Cummings' voice came over the loudspeaker, beginning the show. "It's starting." Ben said quietly as the torches were blown out.
Karana turned around so she and Sophie could watched the show.
