How do you change your world with feminism?

Well, I spend a lot of time in the internet. And I enjoy to participate in debates, for example in forums of some newspapers. And there you can have real fights sometimes. Because there is always someone who guesses he must tell the world how sexist and misogynist he is. And that's the point when I jump in and try to rebel against it and I try to intervene into the debate with feminism. So for example, when there is an issue with trolling and harassing women, then I think it's a good start to say: Stop it, don't harass women.
Sometimes I also try to start a debate myself. For example, you may have heard of the "Gamergate" issue which is simply about sexism and harassing of women. Anita Sarkeesian who is a feminist was harassed online and in real life by some sexist idiots. They wanted to silence her because she dared to speak out for diversity and against sexism in computer games. What I did, was that I jumped in again at a forum for computer games where I sometimes spend my time and I tried to start a debate and I tried to win people over to support Anita Sarkeesian against the sexist idiots who are at the core of "Gamergate". My idea was to write a letter together where the people in the forum speak out against sexism and misogyny. The problem was: I had no success. There have been some quite interesting debates in the forum but I had no success in convincing people to support Anita Sarkeesian. Unfortunately. Then I only wrote an article about the issue of "Gamergate" for a blog.
And my last point is: I try to think and act as a feminist in my everyday's life. That's the hardest thing to do. Because it needs courage to speak out and support women and their rights. As a guy who is quite shy and has low self-esteem, this is not always an easy task for me, but I try to do my best. And it also needs self-reflection and a critical attitude because although I would call myself a feminist, on the other side it's a constant process where you are also confronted as a man with your own sexism. You have to confront it and struggle against it. Because as a guy I am part of this patriarchal society and I was socialized in this society. So I can't claim to be free of sexism myself. But I try to learn my lectures and I think it's possible for us guys to unlearn sexism again. But it needs reflection and it needs a constant dialogue with feminism to get there.

So, I'm just getting curious, how each one of us can change our world, by ''world'' I mean our surrounding environment through feminism ideas?
What kind of act that could create a functional impact for our environment?
Can't wait to see your ideas. ;)
