Hello, I'm working on building my author platform while writing the fantasy sci-fi novel Black Ember of the Soul. My first steps are to build contacts with both authors and readers, readers' interests in my novel and website, and to try to comment/start discussions in new places.
This is not a tale about old women stroking mystical balls on lonely days. This is not a tale about old guys playing with their magic sticks in a park. This is a tale about ancient technology called stal'mahe or soul crystals which take the whole essence and power of monsters of the world of Herika to extreme limits as a power source for anything from vehicles to personal weaponry. This is a tale about an Iman boy named Tai'tero who discovers his unique abilities after first suffering poison and experiencing odd dreams.
