Updated the Dutch edition (with details from library website).Combined Dutch and Polish edition with the English (and other) editions.
Original title is Deyoḳan ʻatsmi ʻim tsaleḳet / Deyôqān ʿaṣmî ʿim ṣalleqet (these are transliterations from Worldcat/kb.nl) I don't know how the title is written in Hebrew. I don't know if the original Hebrew edition is on Goodreads.

Looks like the Hebrew spelling is
דיוקן עצמי עם צלקת

Originally there was no description of the Dutch one but after adding the Polish edition, the system has also added the description - unfortunately in Polish (!sic). Sorry for that - needs changing. I've found something what might be useful here: http://www.deboekensalon.nl/boek/zelf...

Also after having the closer look at the other books by Roman Frister, I've found that English edition: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
Based on the description it seems to me as the same book - means that all those books (Polish, Dutch, English) should be combined.
The last but not the least is the question which one has been released first. The writer is Polish but as far as I'm aware the book was originally released in Hebrew.
Please sort it out. And sorry for any mess.
