The Maze Runner
question
Why this book has so may chapters?

This book is not very thick, but it has 62 chapters, as well as the other 2 books in the series. Why the author make that many chapters?
There are a few possible reasons:
~It creates a fast-paced feeling
~The book appears to have more content
~You always want to read one more chapter
~More opportunities for cliffhangers
~Masking an overly choppy plot
~Engaging reluctant readers

It's good!
Makes it quick, and easy when you have to keep stopping to do stuff and want to come back later, without having to put the book down mid-chapter. I wish all books did that; I hate it if the chapters are too long.
