Traditionally seen as 'the bad guy' the antagonist's real function in a story is to contend with, and oppose, the protagonist at every step. I can't wait to listen to this. My antagonist has a painful backstory, a firm belief in his own cause and he's a fashion designer with lots of swank and polish. Reading the line his "excellent dress sense" made me laugh. Happy New Year. Rae

I hope you find it useful Rae, I was thinking of some of the bond villains with the point about dress sense, the well dressed villain is almost a cliche now, but if there are good reasons for him/her to dress well (as in the case of your fashion designer) then I'm sure he'll be wonderfully frightful!
