I tentatively have The Drafter for this category. It's not a traditional romance novel, it's definitely in the future, and she usually has some romance in there. I want to read it anyway so I'll find out.

@Tracey, good suggestion, I was hung up on the In Death series and couldn't think of anything else.

I read Matched for this one. I was intrigued by the matching system and interested about the world and what was really going on behind the scenes.

I ended up reading Life by Rebecca Belliston and really recommend it as interesting and not overly romantic. First 6 chapters are a bust but it picks up.

I read Cinder which I think fits.

I am reading Matched for this one
