When I add an anthology to my read list does the listed main author only get added on or also the authors of each individual story. For example in this book, https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... , would I only have Cerf listed or would Goethe, Schiller, etc also become listed?

Also as a side note in a case like the above where only a fraction of the authors are mentioned on the author line is that a sign that only those mentioned are actually listed by the website or are all 15 authors (plus editor) actually listed and how could I find out in future cases?

Only the first listed author "counts" for that list.

For the book you linked, if those contents are accurate then all the authors could be included in the author field; it's just that no one has bothered to enter them yet.
