Online Book Clubs: Talk That Stays on the PageAn interesting article from 2013 about the rise of online book clubs and why they sometimes work better in our hectic lives and are more book oriented than in person meetings. I love my glass of wine with friends each month but I saw a lot of myself and past book groups in the article.

We Have A JULY GIVEAWAY! In August we will be reading Me Before You By Jojo Moyes which has been on the NYT Bestseller list for 18 weeks (and counting) and was recently made into a major motion picture. I have one copy to give away to a NYT Groupie BUT HERE'S THE CATCH: Members must participate in the discussion for one of the two July group reads in order to be eligible for the random drawing.
I will be selecting one winner from July's discussion participants, but please let me know if you DO NOT want to be included in the drawing (maybe you already have the book?). I will post the winner and mail the book out on July 29th!
