"Four Final Orpheuses" was the only one of the micro-stories that worked for me. I loved the idea of exploring just why Orpheus might have turned around at the end. And the last possibility seems just so probable.

"The Junket" just seems like an allegory of the way just about any story involving Jews or Israelis these days polarizes opinion and has some saying it's anti-Semitic and just as many calling it Zionist propaganda.
