Would someone please edit a few things on this book page:

Please remove Jack White's name from the second paragraph of the description, and please also change the release date to April 2016.

Thank you! Would there also be any way to remove the text that reads "first published October 13, 2015"? Next to "Expected publication". Thanks again; sorry I didn't catch that edit the first time around!
